My writing chair |
So ya I slept in, but not too late. Had a breakfast of
coffee and a waffle (decided to have something different from the usual toast
and lately tea)... Then I sat for a bit wondering what to do. Called my mom and
had a good chat, plus planned for a bbq at my house tomorrow (only bad part I
need to clean the house again lol). Then, wait for it, I swept off the balcony,
set up my folding chair, and actually did some writing out in the sunshine.
What? Yes I did some writing... I worked on my zombie flick...
Not her back yard, but it feels like this looks |
Then my friend invited me to her house for supper, my son
wasn't well enough to attend, but it was still nice. We ate out on her beautiful deck in her forest
like back yard. The weather was so beautiful. I was also able to set up her
wifi extender, so she can properly enjoy her iPad throughout her house. Then I
headed home...
When I got home I figured I would watch a little TV or write
my blog, but my son had my laptop so the decision was made for me. I turned on
the television and settled in to watch a PVR'd show... But then I was thinking,
the day has been so great, and the weather so awesome that perhaps if I begged
my son he would go with me to watch the fireworks. And people the day was
filled with miracles that included him caving and saying yes... We headed up
the hill, and shocking everyone had the same idea... J So I turned down a
back road that led to the back parking lot of a hotel, and along the side there
was only one other parked car. I was thinking, well I will probably have to get
out of the car to see the fireworks at this angle, but to my surprise and the
glorious end to a fantastic day - the bloody fireworks were right in front of
us. We had the perfect view and didn't have to fight the bugs. We turned on the
radio, and listened to the music as the colorful explosions lit up the sky - it
was seriously great - sans the commentary by my fellow passenger... J
So people sorry this will not include the discussion of
goals, just due to the late hour and the fact I have to clean my house... J
But hopefully tomorrow I will be able to write about goals, cause I really do
agree I need to set some - and with my
friend and her life situation the list is endless and includes making a short
film (that I need to write), writing a book, etc, etc To little things like
getting up in the morning one day a week, or to go do something with a friend
one day, or anything else you can think of... Like I said the list and the
opportunities now open to me are almost endless - hell what about some travel...
Talk to y'all tomorrow...
