Tis the night before treatment #20 – and damn I am so afraid this didn’t get me what I had hoped for…

I have hit a low. It started late last night, and just hasn't let go ever since.

I am trying to shed it, but my mind keeps adding fuel to it. I am so scared that I am not going to get to that place I had hoped to be by the end of the treatments. I know I should not panic till Saturday or Sunday, but my awesome (I say with sarcasm) brain is instead trying to sabotage what gains I have made.

I had a great chat with the other psychiatrist at my pdocs office today. He too is a very nice man. He had great words of wisdom. I only wish I could hear him through the muck filling my mind.

This is ridiculous, stressful, depressing, frustrating, painful and very very destructive.

I will not be posting anything much this evening, as the writing is making me agitated.

I had way too high of hopes for this, too many eggs in one basket, too much invested……. See I keep doing that, instead of just holding on until Monday.

Fingers crossed, prayers (if you’ve got them), or any of the bellow mentioned ‘helpful tools’ J
